Indelo Family
Parent, guardian, and approved student access to synchronized fees, receipts, locked reports, attendance summaries, announcements, and approved documents.
Learn moreIndelo Hybrid Cloud & Mobile
Indelo's forthcoming hybrid cloud platform will extend the authoritative campus system to secure Android and iOS applications. The Windows application will continue to operate on-premise and offline. The cloud will provide identity, mobile-safe views, payments, notifications, and durable synchronization.
The hybrid boundary
No mobile application will connect directly to SQL Server. No public SQL port, inbound router configuration, or permanent VPN will be required.
Planned capabilities
Every capability below is actively being designed and built. Product status is shown on each card and may advance independently through early access, pilot, and general availability.
Parent, guardian, and approved student access to synchronized fees, receipts, locked reports, attendance summaries, announcements, and approved documents.
Learn moreProvider-confirmed school-fee payments posted through the official Indelo ledger, cashbook, and receipt workflow.
Learn moreA controlled mobile spoke for assigned attendance, comments, and later academic submissions with offline drafts and conflict handling.
Learn moreAn outbound-only Windows service that synchronizes approved records and commands without exposing SQL Server.
Learn morePrivacy-aware push notifications for announcements, payment status, fee reminders, report publication, and workflow outcomes.
Learn moreAuthorized mobile visibility across campuses while preserving separate tenant, campus, role, and relationship controls.
Learn morePublished, locked report artifacts with source version, integrity metadata, withdrawal history, and visible synchronization freshness.
Learn morePurpose-limited delivery of official receipts, reports, notices, and approved institutional documents.
Learn moreControlled requests such as contact changes and acknowledgements that are reviewed or applied through campus rules.
Learn moreOperational review of verified, queued, campus-posted, mismatched, refunded, and reversed payment states.
Learn moreSynchronized attendance summaries sourced from the authoritative campus record.
Learn moreApproved timetable access for linked students, with campus-controlled publication and freshness.
Learn moreWhy hybrid
| Conventional cloud dependency | Indelo hybrid approach |
|---|---|
| Campus work stops when the service is unavailable. | The Windows application continues locally. |
| Database access is exposed or tunneled. | Mobile apps use a secured cloud API and outbound-only gateway. |
| The cloud database becomes the institutional master. | The campus SQL Server remains authoritative. |
| A provider confirmation is treated as the school receipt. | Provider verification and official campus posting are separate states. |
| Mobile edits overwrite records. | Controlled commands pass through Indelo rules, locks, approvals, and audit. |
| Stale data appears current. | Material screens show synchronization freshness and workflow finality. |
Operating principle
Cloud services will add secure access, payments, notifications, and support operations. They will not become a startup requirement for the lawful on-premise product.
Availability, scope, supported platforms, pricing, and pilot timing may change as CABS completes engineering, privacy, security, and field validation.
Pilot readiness
Schools and school groups may apply for a readiness review covering campuses, student population, connectivity, parent data, payments, support capacity, and operational sponsorship.
