Indelo.app is operated by Computer Aided Business Systems (CABS), Lagos, Nigeria. We collect information submitted through consultation and contact forms, including name, role, institution, email, phone, country, and operational requirements.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess enterprise deployment fit, provide support, and improve communication. Indelo.app does not sell inquiry data. Access is limited to authorized administrative users.

Enterprise outreach and marketing communications. We may store business contact information (such as name, role, institution, and email address) to send occasional enterprise communications about Indelo — for example product introductions, briefings, demonstration and pilot invitations, and release announcements — where we have a lawful basis to do so. Marketing email is delivered through a third-party email delivery provider (currently Brevo). To operate these communications responsibly we record delivery outcomes such as successful delivery and bounces, and, where enabled, estimated opens and link clicks, together with campaign attribution that connects a website inquiry to the communication that prompted it. Estimated opens are approximate and are not proof that a message was read.

Your choices. Every marketing email includes a visible unsubscribe link and a preferences link, and supports one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops future marketing email immediately. Essential account, licensing, and support messages are handled separately from marketing and are not affected by a marketing unsubscribe. We keep a suppression record of unsubscribed and bounced addresses so that we do not contact them again.
