Indelo core operation must not depend on daily internet access. The signed licence package is the primary authorization artifact. The Windows application validates the licence locally using the embedded public key.
Online activation, heartbeat, update checks, and controlled downloads support connected enterprise deployments, but local school operations remain offline-first when the signed licence is valid.
